The National Bar Association Commercial Law Section’s 36th Annual Corporate Counsel Conference will be held on Thursday, February 23 through Saturday, February 25, 2023, in Orlando, Florida at the Waldorf Astoria.

Our annual conference is a place to nurture connections and recharge your batteries as we spend three days in fellowship with law firm attorneys and corporate counsel representing organizations around the world.

We are excited to return to an in-person format where we will be able to “connect people, ideas, and opportunities.” It will include the celebrated General Counsel Roundtable, the illustrious Judicial Panel, an array of CLE programming covering fintech to DEI data dilemma to hot topics in litigation, the gender-focused Men’s and Women’s Wellness Forums, the always popular Headshot Lounge, and our signature Law Firm Expo.

We will wrap-up on Saturday with a golf tournament, spa day and Farewell Reception.

Regular Registration Deadline:  EXTENDED through Monday, January 6, 2023 (or until capacity is reached)

THERE WILL BE NO MANUAL OR ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

OUTSIDE COUNSEL/CONSULTANT (EXPO PARTICIPANTS) REGISTRATION

Outside Counsel/Consultants who are sponsors have a number of complimentary registrations based on the sponsorship level.

 If your law firm is a sponsor, your law firm contact will receive information about your firm’s complimentary registrations.

OUTSIDE COUNSEL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Online registration will be available until the deadline, or when capacity is reached. Outside Counsel participation is limited to 300 attorneys.

All Outside Counsel/Law firm participants must be current members of both the National Bar Association and the Commercial Law Section. If your NBA and Section dues are not current, please be sure to pay your dues on-line at www.nationalbar.org.

A law firm may have no more than two (2) Partners/Counsel and two (2) Associates attend the Conference unless the law firm is a Platinum Sponsor. Platinum sponsors may have up to six (6) attendees. The number of attendees includes those who are speaking during the Conference.

IN-HOUSE COUNSEL/CORPORATE REPRESENTATIVE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Each corporation may register an unlimited number of In-House Counsel and Corporate Counsel Representatives. There is no registration fee for In-House or Corporate Representative attendees. However, each corporation is required to conduct an informational interview with at least four (4) law firms.

DEI OFFICER/DEI PROFESSIONAL

Limited to one registration per sponsoring law firm.

OTHER FEES

All cancellations will be subject to a $100.00 administrative fee. No cancellations will be accepted after January 27, 2023. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email, and refunds will take approximately 6-8 weeks following the Conference to process.

A registration may be transferred to another attorney within the same law firm before January 27, 2023.
