This fee is reserved for spouses and non-attorney guests.
The guest registration fee is $400.00 per guest and must be included with the participating attorney’s Conference registration. This fee is reserved for spouses and non-attorney guests. The guest fee includes the Thursday Welcome Reception, Friday Awards Gala, and Saturday Farewell Reception. Attorneys cannot attend the conference as a guest. Each attorney must pay a separate registration fee.
In-House Counsel
In-house counsel attendance is complimentary. You will not be charged at checkout.
There is no registration fee for In-House or Corporate Representative attendees. However, each corporation is expected to conduct an informational interview with at least four (4) law firms.
If at any point you determine that you will no longer attend the conference, we kindly ask that you provide us with notice of cancellation via email to the NBA Commercial Law Section Administrator at [email protected].

Golf
Men’s and women’s right and left-handed sets are available for rental.
$108.00 covers the cost of the rental of Callaway Rogue rental clubs in Men’s or Women’s right & left handed sets. The cost per set for 18 holes is $85.00 (includes 2 sleeves of golf balls) plus 7% tax. You are ultimately responsible for any items lost or damaged. The replacement fee for any iron or putter is $150.00, and wood is $350.00, a golf bag with head covers is $200.00.
Saturday, February 26: 8:30 AM Shotgun Start, Miller Course
The golf tournament will take place at the Miller Course at the JW Marriott Turnberry Miami with an 8:30 AM Shotgun Start. Forecaddie service is included. Club rentals are an additional fee.
The per player golf rate includes: Cart, complimentary privileges to practice areas & facilities, putting & chipping greens, unlimited driving range balls prior to round and forecaddie service (“on course concierge” that provides descriptions of each hole, favorable target lines, locates golf balls, provides exact yardage to the pin, reads greens & attends the flag stick, rakes bunkers, fills divots & repairs ball marks)
