Things you should know

Upon entering the room you will announced

Once announced you should begin presentation, if you have slides you will be able to share your screen

You should stop your presentation at the 120 second mark or sooner

After the Q/A section you will be released from the virtual room. 

Each corporation will receive your name, contact information and capability statement in advance.

Each corporation will receive a survey with your name and company and will provide feedback and recommendation on your presentation.

Feedback will be sent to the participant after the presentation
