Quentin O`Neal is the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Manager at Layton Construction, a National General Contractor that has been in business for 69 years. Layton Construction is nationally ranked with proven experience in all industries; it`s the 6^th largest Healthcare Contractor in the U.S and the 4^th largest contractor in the United States. Inclusion commitments are on all Layton projects and Layton Construction annually awards scholarships to five HBCU students, in tandem providing two-year paid internships to these students and a full-time job offer at the end of the internship (performance-based).
