Arnice Lamb has a knack for making people she`s never met before feel like they`ve known her forever. If you ask anyone who knows me, they will agree that my first priority is always to make people feel comfortable and at ease? says Arnice.

Putting people at ease is a quality that comes in handy for Arnice in her role at The Walt Disney Company.  As Manager, Supplier Diversity she is responsible for leading, directing, and executing Disney`s Supplier Diversity initiative for Disney`s Theme Parks and Resort division of The Walt Disney Company, as well as managing Disney 2nd Tier Program.  Since February of 1991 ?It is my duty to identify qualified suppliers, assist in conflict resolution of supplier problems and orchestrate the communication efforts of both internal stakeholders as well as minority/women/veteran business communities for The Walt Disney Company, says Arnice.

The drive to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in her industry is just one of the many factors to which Arnice credits her success. Her management team is another, which she describes as both an enabler and necessity to any department success. No successful initiatives can be accomplished without the total support of your management team, says Arnice.
