You’ve built a business. You’ve been showing up for everyone and everything. But beneath the hustle, there’s a quiet knowing that it’s time to return to you—to get clear on what you’re really carrying, how you’re really doing, and what it will take to create your next chapter from a grounded and empowered place.

Shape Your Foundation Lite is a 6-week online experience for WBEC-certified women entrepreneurs who are ready to pause, reassess, and rebuild their inner foundation so they can lead their businesses and lives with clarity, courage, and congruence.

Each week, you’ll be guided through powerful tools and honest conversations that illuminate what’s in the way of reaching your next level of personal and professional growth. Together, we’ll explore:

• What you’re currently tolerating—and why
• The relationships (people, patterns, or roles) that are draining you
• How you’ve been showing up (and how that’s serving you—or not)
• The architecture of your internal world: your 3 Selves and 4 Bodies
• The Communication Model: why we react the way we do
• How to break patterns, honor your values, and rebuild trust with yourself
• What it means to set boundaries that actually support your peace and power
• You’ll also learn how to forgive, release old stories, and re-enter the relationship with yourself as the author—not the afterthought—of your life.

Every session includes a grounding meditation, practical tools, and reflection exercises to help you integrate what you’re learning into real life. You’ll walk away each week with clarity and action steps—not just insight.

And 30 days after the final session, we’ll gather again to reflect, integrate, and check in on how the shifts are unfolding in your life.

This is deep work—but it’s also spacious, supportive, and real. The kind that creates lasting change and invites you into the next layer of your transformation. It’s also a bridge to our 3-day intensive, for those ready to dive even deeper.
