The Women’s Business Resource Day hosted by the Women`s Business Enterprise Council - West (WBEC-West), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and Hera Hub. The event is designed to provide on the spot education and resources for women who are looking for information on how to grow, expand or start their businesses. The day will be is intended to be a one stop shop of resource partners such as the Small Business Association, SCORE, SBDC, Local First, and many more.
The event is open from 8:30-3:30pm, reserve your space now, there is no charge.
WHY?
According to the 2018 State of the Women Owned Business Report, four out of every 10 businesses in the United States are now women owned. In Arizona women owned businesses grew at a rate of 1.9% in 2018, based on the Phoenix Business Journal.
Fact - 88% of women owned firms make less than $100,000 a year nationally.
