"SELLING IN: BRANDING AND THE DIVERSE SUPPLY CHAIN"

Live Webinar .

Ever hit a matchmaker and felt like “That wasn’t helpful, in fact, that kind of hurt”? Or felt like you nailed a few in a row but nothing came of the interaction? Or worse, the contract gets signed and it seemed like it should be great - but it`s not.

A lot goes on within a supply chain, but we as WBEs often assume it is all about our performance. But everyone within the supply chain has a role to play.

In this highly interactive workshop you will learn:

  • Gain clarity on how to position your brand to attract the right situations for what your company promises.
  • How to identify difficult buying situations for procurement and diversity professionals versus those that are in alignment with the organization`s strategies.
  • Understand the different roles that supplier diversity professionals play within their organization and how those roles impact suppliers.

You will leave this workshop with a better understanding of how to put yourself in better positions for others to buy your product or service, specifically utilizing supplier diversity as a relationship and channel.
